Joaquin Benoit left town yesterday. The Rays hope you did not notice. In fact, Rafael Soriano will be gone also. What people will soon learn is the owners will take apart this team while they try to get schmucks to buy them a stadium in Tampa. Carl Crawford and most of the lineup will be gone. Bring back "the hit show." The owners have no real choice, people love their hometown teams - not the Rays. The owners built it (a winner) but nobody showed up. I hope the team moves. At least the New York and Boston people won't be able to see their teams. They have themselves to blame.

Floridians just don't care about baseball. It's mostly the yankees (and I'm NOT referring to the team of same name) from up north that go to the games. Football is our deal. Everything else sucks.
