I Was The Victim Of A Crime Last Night

I had a pick up at the IHOP on south Dale Mabry around 3:45 this morning. A very drunk gay man came out of the restaurant  and wanted to go to Clearwater. This is where I made a major mistake.

Over the years I have been the victim of "Cab Beats" but only infrequently. I have done an analysis of the profile of the people who beat me. I considered everything from race, gender, age, sexual orientation, public or private residence and so forth. The common denominator was age. The younger they were the more likely they were to try and run. Never had a gay or older man beat me. That was about to change tonight.

This guy was singing a song that I recognized as from "La Cage Aux Folles" He could not believe some macho looking cab driver would know that. He seemed harmless even though he offered oral sex and said he would make me squirt 10 feet. That would be great but not from him. I respectfully declined.

When we got to his condo, he whipped out a credit card. I glad that was the only thing he whipped out. I ran it with my cell phone and it was declined. I then told MICHAEL D GOBLE that he owed me 46 bucks! He told me to Fuck Off and left the cab and went into his condo.

I followed him and pounded onto his door. He refused to come to the door and when the light came on in the window I looked in. He was cooking eggs over easy. It was obvious this fagget had no money and the IHOP would not serve him. I yelled though the window and told him he owed me the money and he needed to pay it or I would forever become his worse enemy. He again told me to "Fuck Off." I almost smashed his window out. At this point all I wanted to do was beat this motherfucker into a coma!!!!   I called the police instead.

When the cops got there, he refused to answer the door. The cops said there was nothing they could do. That sucks.

This guy is an asshole and believe me one day he will be looking eye to eye with me. This fag has no idea what I will do to him.

Tim, here's the guy's attorney info. Now, I would definitely call his atty for the case and let them know that you know he is on trial at the moment and you were stiffed by him the other night and have a police report to prove it. Perhaps finding out who the judge is and giving them a call also is a good idea.

He was arrested 2 months ago for petit theft. What a shocker. I'd suggest contacing the Pinellas County police again and see if this in any way violates the terms of his release until his trial. As of last month he was assigned a lawyer so it doesn't look like he's gone on trial yet.
